Dragonebone Weapons - PS3

Post » Sun Nov 18, 2012 12:56 am

I think since the Dragonbone weapons aren't important in the theme of the DLC we should get them while were waiting for Dawnguard. I was thinking $2 for the weapons, and $18 for Dawnguard when it finally comes out. That way Bethesda isn't losing any money. Or should the weapons be free? Unless of course, Dawnguard is almost finished for PS3.

We won't be getting anything until dawnguard, assuming we get dawnguard.

At least that's how it seems :\

You are talking about the company that sells horse armor for $3 for TES IV:Oblivion....If for some reason they make DLC of weapons (Probably will never happen) expect it to be $10 or more...

That was a DLC for Oblivion which added a weapon. Granted the dungeon, boss, and quest were added too but in the end the only thing that players were left with was the weapon. So weapon DLC isn't exactly out of the question.

I don't see $2 being a price that Bethesda would possibly set, but i like the idea you have. I want the items that Dawnguard dlc adds more than the questline at this point.

I think this---v is the the more probable outcome however

Well they could still lose money. Assuming people only buy Dawnguard for the $18 price and don't purchase the $2 weapon add-on.

knowing Bethesda they will probably sell the vamp/werewolf perk trees, dragonbone weapons, the conjuration spells, and shouts for $20 there probably wouldn't be any new areas or quest's because that would make the game even more unplayable

Dragonbone weapons are so freaking ugly. I tried rolling with 2 dragonbone daggers but I couldn't get into the way they looked. I went back to 2 daedric daggers, they just look much more sinister for my assassin.

This is just a bad idea really. The amount of work in Dragonbone weapons is not worth 2 if the rest of Dawnguard is 18. The last thing I want is them releasing overpriced P.o.S DLC. This is a terrible idea. I'm not sure how you even thought this was a good idea.
