Hey guys, I'm in the middle of building my first mod, a player house. I'm decorating right now and had a few questions.

-For storage, do I set the ownership to "Player" or "None"? I noticed looking through Breezehome in the creation kit that they set all the storage to "None" but this doesn't seem right.

-Is there any item in the kit that resembles a bath tub? I've been searching like mad for one but I can't find anything.

-Is there any way to get wardrobes/cupboards etc. to start out empty?

1. It doesn't really matter. As long as respawning is disabled it's fine,
2. I haven't seen one, no. Perhaps try looking for modders resources?
3. Yes, either look for empty variants, or delete everything inside and make your own form ID.

I just had an idea for the bathtub, those Dwemer fire pits might look close enough if filled with water instead of fire.
