Have Serena put some of her blood on the arrow and then shoot it at the sun.

Or have the Snow Elf enchant Elven Arrows.

Forgot that part. The arrows have to be enchanted before using the blood. It blocks out the sun. Never did it so i did not get the achievement.

If you use it with the Sunblessed Arrows, it deals a major attack in a radius around you, at least that's what the description says...

Yeah it's pretty amazing. Bethesda really outdid themselves on that animation
