Also, any magical buffing gear (like amulets that offer Fire Resistance) still have their effects active in Vampire Lord form. I have a whole separate set of magical buff equipment that I hotkeyed for my transformations. But even without all of that, Fireballs don't really phase me. What's your level at? Maybe it's because I play primarily Dunmer...

Yes, read the forums. It's been confirmed multiple times by multiple people. Stop asking the same questions over and over just because you have your own thread. Read the forums, use the search function.

It does? As in all gear? I need to get up my smithing and enchanting then. :0

Yup. Any magical gear you're wearing when you transform can possibly have an effect on your VL form. + to Destruction = + to Drain Life power or cost. + to Conjuration = + to Summon Gargoyle duration or cost, etc.

+ resistance vs an element = + to VL's resistance to said element.

It's very, very helpful.

I have horrible gear for my Vampire Lord then, the only possible good ones I have are are the VL specific ring and necklace + shrouded boots/cowl/gloves + Royal Vampire clothing.

The +125% to Magica regen is extremely helpful in VL form...
