So far i haven't seen a thing. Although i'm really early into the game. I haven't even seen the new area everyone is talking about just plain ol'Skyrim with a pair of new dungeons and castles

No, the only thing that changes with werewolves is that when you're in beast form and try to open the menu, you get a perk tree. You get perks by eating the hearts of dead enemies.

There are but you can't contract it from them.
