You are a vampire when you join the Dawnguard
You have the MQ Elder Scroll in your possession
You are a werewolf/vampire when you talk to Harkon

As a werewolf while speaking to Harkon, he says he can smell it on you. Saying you that his blood is more powerful then yours, then offers his dark gift.
