When I got to Dragonbridge to search for the Moth Priest I was attacked by Dawnguard troops and the Dragonbridge guards did not servive the battle. The people of the town tell me to ask the dead guards. Any other way to get the info in Dragonbridge other then the guards?

Head north across the bridge and check out the devastation.

There is a child there too running around. Ask him, it works too. Same thing happened to me.
