I was just really curious as to all the new armor and weapons people have been finding since they got Dawnguard.

Yes, once you get the schematics for each.

You do a radiant quest for each one. I think it goes:

Enhanced Crossbow
Exploding Steel Bolt of Fire
Exploding Steel Bolt of Ice
Exploding Steel Bolt of Shock
Dwarven Crossbow
Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow
Dwarven Bolt
Then all the rest.

To upgrade crossbows you must side with the Dawnguard.
