Visual questions from a PC player !

Post » Sat Nov 17, 2012 8:39 pm

Hello everybody !
I was in a some sort of *Suspension* from the forums.

Anyway , I have a couple of questions to ask:
  • Are there many new meshes ?
For example: Fort Dawnguard was built from zero at the outside , not another recolor of fort.
  • Is there a temple of Auriel ? ( I heard of it , I hope it's true )
Just tell me the overall feel of it , does it feels "Aedric" ?
  • Are there any new animations or fixes for any animations ?

Thanks !
Please don't spoil the hell out of the questions though

There are many new meshes, the forts look unique and refreshing and Soul Cairn is mostly build up from new meshes. Also there is indeed an temple to Auriel but it's not just a temple, it's bigger than that. anyways it looks beautiful, The buildings/ruins are build with white stones and here and there a few golden looking decorations on the walls. The temple is in one of the two large added worldspaces. The other one being Soul Cairn of course. The worldspace is quite beautiful and you can Imagine it being set up in a frozen paradise. There are quite a few new animations as well. For example you have to activate certain objects trough the quests of Dawngaurd and of course the vampire lord. Overall Dawnguard is worth every penny and it's sad that our PC brethren have to wait longer for it.
