Title says it all. I created a new fllower and noticed I don't have the option the exchange gear as I do with other NPCs. Any idea what would cause this, and how I can fix it?

First thing that springs to mind is missing dialogue. What voice are you using?

He is male Nord. I started off with the "brute" voice, but switched later on. Everything still worked at that point. I'll go back and switch it to see i that is the problem.
