Hey

I have recently installed Dawngard and have just started getting this bug, So I beleive is is related to Dawngard. From what I can tell it seems to stem from being attacked with magic. I am running SkyRe and a couple of other visual mods but it happens whether they are enabled or not.

The bug itself makes the caracter walk unplayably slow, Running or walking is the same speed. My character is not over encumbered nor are there any active effects. The character will start to move normally for a bit when thier stamina gets low but as the stamina raises movement speed goes back down.

This has happened on multiple characters too.

Has anyone else experienced this? Also I play with a 360 controller and is not a run toggle problem

Only thing I can assume is you're being attacked with ice attacks and it's spiking the effect for whatever reason.

Just hope it's not one of those bugs where Beth will say to uninstall skyrim and dawnguard and delete all save, then reinstall.

Yea it is like the slowdown from ice attacks, But yea I have allready tried reinstalling and starting again.

well if that's the case it must be just a plain error in coding and somehow you keep stumbling into it
