Hi All!!! Just wanna say i have been enjoying dawnguard alot on pc and finished the Vampire side of it after 22 hours. Hope u all are enjoying it

Anyways Today i tried to open the CK and make a mod now i really wasnt sure since its been a while since i modded and i tried to load the SKyrim Esp and the Dawnguard but then i had the same error and just tried to load the Dawnguard Esp. The same error occured.

It is the " Line 1566 localization "error Opening or reading String files" Then after that it says something about masterfile or something and then CK stops responding and it quits by itself.


So my first question is How do i fix this?

and my second is when, if i can fix it do u do data and load the Skyrim Esp and the dawnguard or just the dawnguard Esp by itself? Sorry i know silly question but its been a while since i modded... Just used to opening the Skyrim Esp and it all there but i tried that and there was no Dawnguard content.

i looked and used the search box and could not find anything that could help me.

Hmm Ok, Well At first a thread saying u needed to change the Ini file but it didnt work so thats why i wrote this. But after adding it to the ini file line SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim Dawnguard.bsa it worked. Had to add it to the list 2. Sorry guys U can close this thread and link the other thread plz. At first it didnt help but after 10 min of reading and trying it worked Alrighty all im off to get back to making my mod and then gonna roll another new character and join the Dawnguard vampire hunters

No Fast travel this time Absolutly NONE I did minimal on my vampire lord dude but started doing it on those long runs that went from Riften, solitude , random dungeons with that long distance. But not this time hehe ... Probably gonna run into lots of ambushes now lol.
