So I've managed to alter the perks all find and dandy and I have even created one and stuck it in the werewolf perk tree. Unfortunately, I still only get 11 perks.

I reckon it involves adjusting the quest CreaturedialogueWerewolf and that is something that might not work until the .psc files are released. But, maybe someone smarter than me knows..

How can you increase the cap on perks for werewolf (or vamp lord I guess)?
