You can summon two with twin souls. I think the dremora lords are doing more damage though.

I think Dremora lords and Wrathmen do equal, only thing is while Dremora lords have their greatswords of the inferno the wrathmen summons get a random two handed dragonbone weapon which does more damage then daedric weapons.
