Has there been a patch fixing the "Clean Hands" achievement. I played through the game twice without killing anyone, including? Granny Rags. I haven't touched the game since the annoyance of beating it twice without the achievement. Please no, "Play the game for the enjoyment". I did play it for enjoyment, four times. I was just annoyed that I tried twice for Clean Hands to no avail.
