All(well most) NPC's leave my custom bard starts to perform.

Hello, I'm trying to customize another modders work to better fit my tastes by adding some NPCs. However in one of the rooms, whenever my bard starts to perform, all but a few of the other NPCs start to leave the room, including my companion Serana. I'm not sure about this forums rules about linking to external sites, but if it is permitted I can link to a video that I posted on youtube demonstrating the problem, and the original mod.

The room itself has a location set to whiterun bannered mare, and I wonder if that could be the issue. All NPC's, with the exception of the bard are using the default master package and using linked references to guide their behavior.
The bard is made from scratch, and she is using no scripts. Her only faction is the bard singer faction, and her package is a sandbox located at her xmarker with a radius of 256.
Over all I'm not really sure what the problem is, so I'm not even sure if any of the information I just provided was relevant, so If you need anything else just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

edit:

I've just read the rules and since there is nothing pirated, profane, or advlt, I believe I can share the link to the video showing the issue.

It's still uploading so depending on when you see this, it may not be up yet.
