Skyrim doesn't detect graphics card.

Hi, man it's been a while since I've been on here.
Anyway, I wanted to play Skyrim again after some time. This morning I started up Skyrim after downloading, it auto detected and set it to ultra high quality. "Cool!" I thought, closed it and then went on a mod-downloading spree. After that I started it again, but it auto detected again, and set it to Low quality this time. "What? Why?" I thought and I checked the selected graphics card, and for some reason it only has the integrated graphics card as an option.
I thought it might be a mod I downloaded (although that seems unlikely) and uninstalled all of them. Still the problem was there. I did some searching and apparently quite some other people also have this problem. Turns out it's because my laptop uses 2 different graphics cards at the same time.
I tried to make the program use the right one through the Nvidia configuration, or running the .exe with the good one. Nope.avi.. Didn't do anything either.
I tried disabling the integrated one throught the device manager.. Woops, black screen, that's not what I wanted. After some time I got my screen back to life. But wasn't any closer to the solution. I thought maybe through the bios I could disable it. After trying for 20 minutes to get to the bios, I can't find graphics options anywhere. (no sound options either)
Updated drivers of my card, no difference either.
Reinstall didn't do anything either.

I'll try a totally clean reinstall tomorrow.

Here's the laptop I'm using by the way: http://www.msi.com/product/nb/GT70-0NC.html Except that I have windows 7, not 8.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I've been trying to fix this damn thing the whole day.
