I was just thinking, what if Miraak (not sure if I spelled it right) would know about you defeating Alduin, and if so how would he respond to that. Would he respect you, fear you, wish to steal your power, want to be your follower, or not think of you as a threat because of the dragons he's killed? I think that he'd probably give us props for killing The World Eater, but then he'd try to kill us. Also I thought about the final battle with Miraak, assuming there is one of course. What if there was this epic mounted dragon fight, and each dragonborn had a unique dragon, such as you having Oahdaviing and him having a dragon he captured or enslaved, and after a while the fight would be taken to the ground. A good reward would be his dragon mount, along with his loot and soul.

i imagine there will be a few added lines depending on how far into the main quest you are. In dawngaurd your victory over the world eater was brought up

Okay, first of all I'm assuming it will be like in Tribunal where you get some acknowledgement for completing the MQ, but is NOT necessary to play. I'm interested in seeing the overall plot of the DLC (Expansion-sized?) and if the MQ here will have more depth to it than what we have in Vainilla. I mean, Alduin never felt like a villain you could sympathize/hate and your grand interaction with him was him unknowingly saving your ass, mocking you, finally fighting and getting thrown a Deus Ex Machina on his face and the final Baws fight.

So yeah, I'm hoping that you at least get to have a chat with him and learn his motivations to... whatever the world he's planning to do and perhaps have things play out differently by the end of the questline. However, it will most likely be the big bad driven by X power to conquer the world! And you spend the MQ looking for the DEM (probably some power from Herma Mora) to face off Miraak at the end and save the world once more.

Only time will tell, I guess.
