Lights doesn't lit up in the Creation Kit.

Hi,I'm building a dungeon and I followed this tutorial:
http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Lights_and_FX

But something seem to not work well.
I followed what the tutorial says step by step, but inside the editor I only get the bulb icon, and there is no actual light coming from the bulb at all,so I can't preview how much light a room has.
Am I missing something,or perhaps this tutorial is missing a step ?

There is a button with a bulb on the top line of CK marked with turn on/off lighting (Toggle light). Try that one

"Be sure that markers are visible ('M' hotkey), and that lighting preview is also toggled on with "A" hotkey or toolbat button"

OMG.
Would you believe if I told you that I pressed the toolbar button thinking I'm activating it but I actually deactivated it,because it was already pressed by default ?
I just read "press the bulb button" when reading the tutorial and I pressed, thinking I'm activating it,but unlike the tutorial the default of my Creation Kit is to have it already activated,so when I pressed the button,I deactivated its function instead activating it!

Now I can see light in my dungeon!
Thank you.
