I want to paint with textures, but it won't let me

Post » Sun Nov 18, 2012 9:59 pm

Basically what the title says. I know how to open the height/texture editor but there is no tick box to activate painting with textures, all I can do is change the height of the land, or paint it black (or any basic colour) by checking the 'Edit colours' box. So how the [censored] do I paint with the textures?

And no I am not stupid enough to try to add an extra texture, I ctrl+right clicked the path I want to extend to make sure I am using the same bloody texture. I even deleted the least used texture from the quadrant I am working in.

You may already know this, but I still use it all the time when landscaping. But TESA has some great tutorials on landscaping.
