Is there a way to get the Initates Ewer back because i dumped mine and I need it to get the ruby paragon

Go pick it up from where you dumped it?
Otherwise not to my knowledge.

I don't know if the merchants keep it or not, but I think that's the only way so if you just dumped it in the wilderness then you should start looking if you really want Auriel's shield. I don't know if it will go away or not.

I have a feeling that this is going to turn out to be unfortunate for you, OP.

But aside from the advice above, unless you have a save you can reload from before you dumped it... well then I don't know what you can do to rectify this one.
