I picked the vampire side now i cant manufacture bolts does, anyone know if the old reverse pickpocketing arrows works for bolts if i reverse pickpocket a crossbow as well?

I'm pretty sure you can still craft the steel bolts if you have the correct Smithing perks. I'm not sure, though, so don't hold me to that.

No you cant, you need to learn how to craft crossbows and bolts from a dawnguard member AND have the perk needed.

Yes you can reverse pickpocket a crossbow and bolts onto people. The guards in Solitude are currently using the crossbows I gave them and are a good way for vampires to get bolts.
Also, explore Dwarven ruins. Those Dwemer Spheres carry about 8 dwarven bolts each. You can easily get a bunch going through one or two ruins.

Vampire side I'm pretty sure you can't get the Dawrven crossbow.
It seems the Dwarven crossbow, exploding bolts, and the upgraded crossbows can only be gotten through the Dawnguard by doing some side quests.

I think that's only if you've unlocked Dwarven Bolts.

Nope, Dwarven bolts are always on the Spheres. I sided with the vampires and they are there.
