You can if you're a vampire lord and killed Harkon, she'll move back to the castle and plant a garden in the courtyard.

It doesnt matter, as à dawnguard you also can have her return to tamriel . You just need to find her at her lair in the cairn. And tell her harkon is dead, then she Will return to THE castle
