Look in the chests that are under the huge floating Soul Gems that svck your life out. You'll find them in those.

Also, protip: eat a soul husk to temporarily stop the giant gems from draining you.

Does the Soul Cairn respawn? Because I got a glitch and it remove a STACK of 2 reaper gems but only counted them as 1. I'm about to make a new character anyways, so it really doesn't matter. Ill separate the stack next time.

They are under the Crystals nearest to each of the Keepers.

ive been searching under the life svcking gems and ive only found 1 so far. searched under 3-4 gems now

Alright, I'm pretty sure they are random. I found 2 in 1 chest, and some people have reported finding more than 3 all together. You can also drop them, as they aren't quest items. So I'm thinking they will respawn.

Or maybe I'm just completely wrong.
