what? More detail please. I at least don't get what you're trying to ask.

You mean sending the playe to do something and making things happening then. It could be done with scripts, but if you only know scripting, it's easier to learn a bit about quests than making all the work with scripts.

If you mean radiant quests, while the difficulty increase in the script case is smaller than the one with quests, I continue thinking it's easier to learn making radiant quests and creating the quest that way than doing all by scripts.
