Physically speaking Dovahkiin already breaks the laws of physics. Unless you have a Dovahorse I don't think shouting on a horse would be a good idea,

I'm thinking that too, the dragonborn would, by his nature, obviously have the inherent ability to resist the force created by a shout like Fus Ro Dah... but a horse does not.... horse legs + unrelenting force = you're taking the carriage home.

Or maybe not, it depends really on how the words become the force.
Do the words become a physical force before or after they leave the dragonborn's mouth?

Reminded of how you can accidentally shoot your horse in the head on RDR. Would be pretty interesting to FUS RO DAH your horse while riding it.

this also applies with all other damaging shouts like firebreath,ice form,drain vitality, ect.
