I've only had Captain Lonely-Gale (What the hell did I do to make him like me so much? O.o), and Panteia Atea from the Bard's College abducted so far.

I would really like to see a list of the radiant quests on both factions. Would be cool if there was a Vampire equivalent of this, though it would have to be more interesting.

I've done all the Vampire radiants to the point where they are now repeating and no this does not happen.

If understand correctly kidnappers take an NPC you positively effected in the game (or just random, not sure) and you go free them. I wonder if they'll try for General Tullius or Ulfric Stormcloak.
