Within the DG castle, where is the book located? I cannot find it for the life of me, and the search function provided no help either. :\

Hall of the vigilant, on the ground next to some burnt books. Dead easy to get. Go there.

there's also a copy sitting on some crates in the forge room in castle Volkihar
