Would you download a DLC if it added more spells and spellma

Let's say you're a console player who's pretty much at the bad end of the Skyrim's magic system. There's no Mysticisim, Teleportation, Water Walking, etc. Would you guys/girls download a dlc that is cheaper than Hearthfire if it added more spell tomes, spell making, and special scrolls?

BTW: When I say special scrolls I mean like scrolls that had very odd effects like "Fortify One Handed 100, Drain Health 100" etc

i was kinda disappointed with the magic system in skyrim and how it does not scale like other classes, a spell-crafting mechanic would have been perfect for skyrim, go to youtube search two worlds 2 spell-crafting easily one of the best crafting systems made for any rpg, so yeah if a dlc introduced a decent spell-crafting system it would be a instant purchase.

I never used Spell-crafting in Oblivion because I didn't want my spellbook littered with outdated spells, and never used it in Morrowind but that was due to rushing through it to get to the story. But I would very much be interested in new and more powerful spells.

If the price was right, certainly.
I'm easy. I bought Spell Tomes back in the day.
