Can No Longer Feed on the Cattle? : V

Hey everyone, so here's the short version. When I first became a vampire lord I could feed on the cattle lying on the table of the main hall. Now, a few quests later, I cannot. Is this a glitch?

That's weird I was never able to feed on those cattle on the tables....

you can always feed on the cattle that are in the cages cant you?

I wasn't ever able to feed on them, so I don't know what to tell you.

As far as I can tell yes you can always feed on those.

Hmm, MAYBE I'm mistaking, but I'm pretty sure you can/could feed on the cattle on the tables.

You can't feed on them because there is always a vampire muching on one. Plus it's impossible to feed on the ones on the table. Only the ones in the cages you can feed on
