Dead drop falls and dead drop mine?

What's the point of these places? The first part seems like a training area, then leads onto a mine.

What is this place for, none of the dawnguard have talked about it.

They put some items there to make the areas seem less useless. Basically its cut content. They were prob going to have a hire miners quest and you would get gold weekly/montly but it got rushed due to deadlines.

I thought maybe if you go in there outside of the quest, there might be bandits. But I haven't been by to check. I discovered it on my way to find Deepfolk Crossing, but I didn't go in.

All these "cut content" areas that people are talking about. Doesn't anyone think that it's possible that instead of cut content this is preemptive content? What I mean is mabye they put some of these new areas and such in the game in preperation of futher DLC. Mabye there was alot that was cut but mabye that just means it will get introduced in later DLC.

I really doubt it. I hope so. But I doubt it.

This is kind of what i was thinking. I mean, they are working on Hearthfire now. At least I believe they are. I base this theory on nothing... lol

Yea I agree. I guess I'm just tired of people complaining about it and I'm just trying to justify it by other means. Haha I guess we'll have to wait another 7 months to find out.

Haha It's all speculation that this is "cut content" anyway.

DLCs cannot reference each other unless the esm file load order is constant, which on consoles it is not. If one dlc tries to reference one that hasn't loaded yet, the system crashes.

As a general rule, I prefer a small portion of optimism mixed in with my overwhelming pessimism in regards to things...
