Objects not rotating in Region generation

Has anyone else had this problem?

I'll give a given object a +/- 180 degrees of Z rotation, but when I generate the Region, they all come out with no rotation, making them look very obviously generated and producing an overall poor aesthetic.

I know people with insight into the workings of Worldspace/Region stuff tend to be less prevalent, but if anyone's had this problem and found a solution, please let me know!
