Can I have the ability to posses the transformation to be a vampire lord

aswell as the ability to posses the transformation of a werewolf at the same time?

Like can I have the ability to be both? Or does being a werewolf wipe out the vampire lord ability?

No, neither way works.
Vampirism is treated as an illness in TES and Werewolves are immune to ALL diseases.

Well you can be a werewolf and a vampire lord. As long as you are a vamp lord you can't use lyncathropy but if you cure yourself of vampirism you are the same werewolf you used to be
