Does anybody know what the hell this is? This is a completely fresh install via steam with only one mod (Alternate Start - Live another life) and no ENB.

This only seems to happen in certain interiors (breezehome, for example). Does anybody have any idea what this is? Every single time i google to find something about it all I get are the standard blocky shadow fixes.
