everytime i try to save the skyrim master files it wont let me wat am i doing wrong !!!

You don't save the master file, you save a plugin which alters the masterfile.

I highly recommend that you do the entire Bethesda tutorial series: http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Creation_Kit_Interface

It will take some time to get through, but afterwards you will have a solid grasp of the basics and can continue modding without getting confused or stuck every 5 seconds.

Even if you do not go through the tutorials, that wiki has excellent resources when you encounter something you are not entirely familiar with or if browsing for a script function/something to assist with your mod idea.
