I was curious about the Lava, as i don't recall lava appearing anywhere else in Skyrim, so i use become etheral and checked out the lava area.. around the corned i saw a gate, and i had to use the platforms available to prevent myself from falling in and burning, after i got into the corridor away from the lava, i ran up and noticed the end was a gate that overlooked the forge room out of reach from the floor.

There was only some loot in a chest, bits and bobs, but i got excited for a minute, because i thought it was something no one else had found, and it would lead to something cool xD

EDIT: I also noticed a hidden gate on the other side of the room aswell, so its not all that special i suppose

It's one of my fav quest lines and dungeons. I love the lava and the boss.

Yeah i think the quest was so well put together, just little touches like the bow on the end of the tree, which was a little side quest within a side quest of its own xD

I enjoyed this quest a lot, probably my favorite quest in Skyrim so far.
The scenery was nice, a new item, lava, epic boss.

We can only hope Beth can create more epicness like this.

In the lava you say? Good find! I'll have to go back and take a peek.

When i say 'in the lava' i mean, at the left of right of the lava pits, around the left and right walls, but you have to go through the lava by using become etheral... or having INSANELY high health/armour...

I thought that it was an insta-kill? Could try a flame suit, I suppose.

It's a little OT but related to this quest. Did anybody else get a new random encounter after completing it? It was a nice little touch.

Theres 2 gates arent there Only Become Ethreal can reach them.. i felt like Indianna Jones.

I found something similar, but probably a bit less secret. In the dungeon that you fetch the explosive bolt schematics from. When you get to the flooded room, there's an underwater room in there with a couple chests.

Minor healing and 20 gold...
