Finally a positive thread about dawnguard...anyway who is your favorite new character inn the dlc?
Mine is florentius, hes just a comic relief guy but he has the most unique and funny personality in skyrim.

I suppose I could use a little Dawnguard postivity after my problems with the Vampire attacks.

Florentius, easily. He's crazy, but just sane enough to make you wonder if he's actually talking to Arkay constantly.

This is Elder Scrolls, after all. Those whacky Aedra/Daedra are always up to their sheanigans.

And to a lesser extent, Serana. I like that there's finally a follower with a fun personality, and a decent, fleshed out backstory.

Everybody except Serena or whatever her name is seems pretty bland as characters go. You can tell that a lot of work went into her personality, shame it's an annoying personality (and she's ugly)

She looks kinda like someone took Sandra Bullock and messed her face up with a brick.

Arch-Curate Vyrthur. He's awesome. Very passionate. Impressive magic too, controlling the Betrayed Falmer like that. Not to mention he's a d*mn Snow Elf! They're so cool. I had hoped we would get to see sane Snow Elf survivors ever since I saw the Falmer in Skyrim. I only wish we'd gotten Snow Elf as a playable race, and could have a Betrayed as a follower.
