I have tried the NPC on the balcony fix and it does not work. Note: I have performed all of the latest updates from Sony. Please help. It is really sad that Bethesda continues to make really beautiful, interesting and challenging games that are fatally flawed with these save issues. In the future I will have to reconsider my purchases of their products.
