I am a sneaky archer/dual war axe wielder. I can put two enchantments on one item. I don't know what to put. Title says what I am about to enchant.. Any suggestions?

I suggest you dupe your armour on a mannequin (if it's still possible to do this) so you have a backup incase you regret your enchants terribly.

No point really suggesting what type of enchants, it really depends on your build + playstyle.

Please tell me if you get the dupe to work. I've tried so many times but to no avail.

If you are playing as a vampire lord I would suggest making a set to regenerate health, stamina and magicka so that you can function during the daylight without Auriels bow.
checking if the dupe still works is a great idea and gives you a second chance if you don't like it.

I don't think it works anymore. Tried duplicating ancient falmer and nightingale armor at various places earlier today, but nothing ever worked. Seems dawnguard possibly patched it. One of my stands still duplicated the amulet of articulation still duplicates on one of my mannequins though (don't remember every trying to duplicate it too.).
