Im curious, I have three toons Ive been playing and each is at levels 79, 80 and 80 respectively and all perks have been used up. How many perks are actually available for the vampire perk tree? Can I max it out? Or, am I limited to a certain number of perks?

You can max it out you just need to keep using drain ball bomb and power attack bites.

You increase your vampire lord's powers through feeding. Perks points you gain by level don't factor into it, so you can max it out with these characters with time.

Sweet. Im about to go perk crazy then.

Its a pretty nice system.
