I cant freakin wait

I cant wait for ESO to arrive, around the time oblivion came out my friend Reece and I used to joke about how awesome an online elder scrolls game would be. Through the previews and trailers it looks like that game is going to be awesome, but that's happened with other games also, they hype it up and its a dud, have a feeling that wont be the case here though.

I also wonder if they are going to charge a monthly fee, I hope not and if bethesda does I hope its only like $5 a month.

A monthly fee is necesary to keep the game improving and to keep new content flowing in. Also, 15 bucks a month is like 0,50 cents a day. Think about the crap you buy daily for more than that amount... Makes you realize how few it actually is. I personally prefer it over f2p and microtransactions.

On that note *points at Skyrim*

Is it? They've been constantly patching and updating that. with no monthly fee...

Hello, and yes so am I. I maybe disappointed with some features. But overall, very excited to play. I try to be open minded and accept "this is their concept" and construct my criticism around what they already are featuring. I started, like most I assume, with TESIII and couldn't stop playing since. I presume it will be monthly @ standard MMO pricing.

  • Patches - merely going back and refining codes to work properly.
  • DLC - you pay for those still, right?
Your comparing a single player offline multi-platform to a massive multiplayer online single platform.
