What the title says, what perks do you need in illusion to cast vamp seduction on any leveled npc? I am assuming dual cast illusion would be one of those, I don't know what else?

I don't think it uses perk trees.

It's a power, so I know for certain dualcasting doesn't work with it since it isn't able to be dual-wielded. I do not know, however, if the calm perks in illusion work with it.

I couldn't use it on a fisherman. Then i took hypnotic gaze/kindred mage and now i can use vampire's seduction on her
