You can, but keep your eyes open for it. I can't tell you exactly where without spoiling things for you though lol

Unless you mean the cape and stuff he wears when he transforms, can't get that so far as I know, but you can get his royal armour and stuff

During the journey through the castle to the soul cairn, it's on a cupboard in a corner of a room.

The armor also respawned for me after the main quest so at the moment i have 3 pairs

There is a set of it in the Castle Basemant, keep your eyes open for a shelf in the corner of a room with a lot of Gargoyles.

Shame its so caster-based, like all the special vamp armors. I was hoping for more melee armors on the vamp side

He means the vampire lord armor he wears I think

If so then I'm pretty sure that we can't get that
