Unlocks all vanilla hairstyles and *eyes to be available during character creation to *all the races and genders.

*Argonian and Khajiit stuff largely excluded, nothing morph's well and is pretty much pointless. All eyes are gender specific except for a single set. They don't morph well at all. I've let a set unisix for anyone who really wants it.
