So I might be moving to PC soon and an RP idea was a character who was given the gift from Aktosh to stop time. I did this but with Kynes peace on console but for this I want to be able to shout to slow time, then shout again to resume it to normal speed. At the same time have it at a unlimited or 60 seconds like night eye. Is it possible to mod this, or would my best bet be to remove the recharge for that shout.
