I have been building a certain follower which I would like to add certain perks. The question I have is this: If I added the perk for “Shield Wall 80 do I have to also add the perks “Shield Wall 60“, “40“, “20” and “00“?
I know a lot of perks require the player to have their lower level counterparts but does this go for followers as well?

I don't know, but in that situation, i would tend to duplicate ShieldWall80 and remove all the conditions that required the lower perks.

This was an option I was thinking over. After you suggested it I tried out on a lock picking perk. It works. Thanks for the help.
