I also had http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/4959/65295185.png of Plutonia for Doom3, but stopped because it was taking too long and I am busy with other work. I was modeling the whole map (3ds Max) because brushes look like crap for organic geometry (old stone-brick buildings, etc...) with detail (cracks, breaks, holes...), and modeling is quite tedious work.
I lost motivation because Doom3 is a rather old game and the mod would go unnoticed really... then BFG edition came and I thought I might take a go at it, but then there was no mod support and my motivation flew out the window again

What I might do is make the maps and make it a mod for Killing Floor instead, since that game has a Doom3 monsters mod and is a game with hundreds upon hundreds of players daily

--There's lots of other stuff I've done too, as far as editing original Doom1/2 etc., but I'd rather make something than edit something
