Final verdict

Good expansion Beth... Very fun not cookie cutter like most DLC is now days, now my favorite things about it
? you get to be a badass vampire lord with some unique powers and abilities, My favorite is probably Vampric Grip
? Dawnguard get some good stuff, Such as the crossbows and other great vampire tools
? Some Evil Shouts, We get a more darker approach with the Dragonborn and their shouts like Soul Tear( Wickly Evil shout)
? An actual Enemy I like some so cool that I couldn't help but want to be, because he was awesome and felt like a real Lord to vampires he was a very good addition to the vampires in the TES all together
? Arvak, This undead horse of burning sorrow was perfect for us wanting something unique and evil looking as a mount, He's cool and I don't have to waste my precious gold buying another [censored] horse since they like attack randomly...
? Crossbows, Now Bethesda you gave us a cool weapon that we wanted to see for like ever since Morrowind and you gave it to us, The new bolts are cool and the Dwarvan Crossbow is now in my Proudspire Manor...
? Some clever Design in the Expansion that other game company's will probably try to copy, such as adding more feature, rather then just weapons, armor, eta...
-Stuff I didn't like-
? lack of artifact weapons, Auriel's bow was cool though so were those Dwarvan artifacts you have a choice to get either one
? Random vampire town visits, It was cool the first time but now it just gets too repetitive.
?Lack of Spells, We didn't get any Distruction spells, So my Mage is going to hate it.
? Lack Serena Marriage

Great Add On though 8.7/10 for being pretty much bugless and making Skyrim a bit more Darker then it was previously... No one get hurt this is my personal opinion and share yours as well.. I can't wait for Add on two

I've been a Vampire since my first day, so of course I'll love this. That said I've also been an only bow user since day one, so craftable arrows is a godsend. The whole DLC is a pure win in my honest opinion. I love it.

Quick question, why is grip your favorite. Personally I absolutely love summoning Gargies, but that's just me. My grip doesn't want to work right. I have to be within a few yards away for it to actually grab them. Almost smacking range really.

it's just very unique compared to a lot of other spells Skyrim currently has, Another thing is Vampires are now more worth playing having actual spells that make people want to try them

Just finished DG tonight. It was great. That whole Touching the Sky quest was so long, deep, rewarding, fun. I played it goody two shoes, but since I keep many manual saves I could go back & replay it as a vampire & a werewolf. No glitches or bugs for me, other than screen freezes every day but that's not due to the DLC. Voice command was sketchy but still, DG is awesome!

My only gripe was that the MQ was very short, and the side quests were very fetch like. But alot of cool add-ons.
