"Resist Disease" Not "Immune to Disease."

Basically, it's harder for you to catch a disease, but you can still get one if you're not carefully. You're only immune to the Vampire Disease as a werewolf.

This is standard for Skyrim and not Dawnguard specific. Actually, you are immune to all diseases from creatures, vamps etc.
You can however, still catch a disease from traps...especially bear traps.

Edit: See Notes on this page: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Disease

Hope that helps

Glad to help.
This one threw me off a few months ago. I was not amused when my wolfie caught Rockjoint.
So now, even as a wolf or vamp, I always carry 1 or 2 bottles of Cure Disease...or some Hawk Feathers for munching.

I've had this occasionally but it seems to go away. I have been told that despite it appearing in your effects, it isnt actually affecting you.

Certain dungeons in Dawnguard will have hanging traps that inflict disease if you get too close as well.

I found 3 of them in Volkihar towers alone. Maybe more?

100% resistant doesn't mean you can't catch disease it is just very rare.
You are only resistant to vampirism
