Unable to remove certain changes from mod

Having a few issues using the File Details popup to remove certain changes from my mod. For accidental object movements, like accidentally moving a stool in an interior and so on, setting Ignore on the affected cells seems to remove those changes successfully. But unfortunately it's not so effective for more complicated accidents such as door teleport redirections.

How some of these changes came to be, I have absolutely no idea. I just noticed a slew of random objects in one of my small interior cells, like a bunch of chairs and doors grouped together floating in the void but I have no idea how it happened. It occurred in a simple farmhouse interior, some of these objects I've never even used before so I can only guess some bizarre cell corruption happened (...?). The real problem is that the doors seemed connected to places within the Tamriel worldspace such as Mor Khazgur. To make things even more painful, many objects from the Mor Khazgur exterior cells have also mysteriously vanished. Obviously I'd like to roll back these changes through the Details button however even after saving and reloading the mod many times over, the changes persist. Modified cells I set to Ignore are back every time and I really need to clear out these corrupted changes. Are there any utilities out there that may help me resolve this wondrous situation?

If worse comes to worse, just don't go to Mor Khazgur when playing my mod  ... not an acceptable solution, I know ...
